My last express was quad cab with 64 bed and 392 rear. I got 19x in summer and 175 to 18 with winter gas. About as good as it gets.

57 MDS neverhad an issue 118000 miles. Joined Jun 28 2019 Messages 698. It seems similar with the ram although it comes on a little less in the ram.
The system on the ram is 100x smoother and I barely. The MDS VCT was eliminated for the MDS VVT to increase horsepower decrease emmissions and increase the overall fuel economy of the HEMI. This system basically uses a camshaft that rotates within itself controled by an oil pressure solenoid called a phaser.
