Hello I have an 05 Dodge Ram 1500 w the 57 Hemi. The truck has 54000 miles on it. It has a light chattering what i call the hemi tick.

Its pretty quietyou can only hear it when you stick your head in the engine compartment. However when you get underneath the truck while its running you can hear a knocking noise coming from the bottom. What you are hearing might be the normal Hemi tick.

My 14 RT does it. There is some level of it on the 57L in my 04 Durango. I would not worry too much at this point unless the sound intensifies.
